Animator +

Responsibilities:

1. Turn animatic to layout.

VFX Supervisor +

Responsibilities:

1. Assume overall responsibility for the creative direction and delivery of an assigned film project.

2. Design, implement and oversee the creative direction of the project.

3. Work closely with the clients to ensure that their creative vision is understood and met.

4. Take part in the bidding process and generate VFX breakdowns as required.

CG Supervisor +

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all CG aspects of a film project.

2. Assist their team in finding technical solutions to creative problems.

3. Work closely with their VFX Supervisor to interpret the creative vision of the client, and plan an achievable way to deliver that.

4. Brief their artists to enable them to meet client expectations and propose solutions as required, either technical or creative.

5. Communicate with related departments, such as pipeline and RND. Communicate daily with the leads of different CG aspects of the project (animation, modeling and similar).

6. Schedule development of any new tools or techniques that the project may require in order to meet delivery.

7. Work with the VFX producer and coordinators to ensure that project schedules are on track and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

1. At least 8 years' experience in CG post production, ideally with a hands on background in one or more specialized areas.

2. CG Supervisor or Senior / Lead experience on 2-3 films.

3. A strong technical ability combined with a strong visual skill in analyzing images – understanding issues like composition, animation timing and use of colour.

4. A good history of collaborating with R&D teams, with an ability to provide pipeline specifications then test and deploy these tools in a VFX environment.

Model/Texture Artist +

A Modeler is required to construct computer generated models of any item required for a CG project.

Responsibilities:

1. Create character models as well as texture from the supplied reference material and/or concept artwork.

2. Excellent polygon and subdivision surface modeling skills. Apply and manage UVs efficiently.

3. Take holistic control over all CG models to ensure the right artistic style, and be able to make different types of texture for CG characters.

Business Development Manager +

Job Duties: 

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing programs through social media for the Chinese mobile game LUCK Mahjong, determine the market demand for the project and identify all potential customers in the U.S.. 

2. Develop and evaluate marketing strategy with concentration on the Chinese market through WeChat communication platform in both mobile and Pad apps; sales techniques with WeChat promotion system and social network system. 

3. Develop pricing strategies with Chinese product department in comparison with the Chinese pricing model system and sales control systems with the goal of maximizing the profits while ensuring the satisfaction of the customers. Oversee product development with active communication with the Chinese R&D department, strategic planning and monitor mobile game trends that indicate the need for new products and services; participate in efforts to optimize and maximize the user base and usage .
